• Stephen Mellish – Director, General Manager of Operations and Project Management. Stephen has been involved in underground tunnelling and pipe jacking since 1985. Stephen's expertise is in improvising and dealing with difficult ground conditions. Prior to joining Tunnel Boring, Stephen was jacking shield operator on both the Bulimba and Cabbage Tree Creek trunk sewers (1.2m and 2.0m dia.) for Thiess Contractors in Brisbane.

• Carmine Rea – Director, General Manager of Operations and Development. Carmine has over 22 years experience with Tunnel Boring and has worked/supervised in various ground conditions for pipe installations up to 3000m diameter. All of our equipment has been designed and built in-house and Carmine has played a key role in such design, fabrication and development. Carmine Rea also acts as the chief estimator.

• Robbie Ashton - Construction Supervisor. Robbie has over 27 years of experience in the trenchless technology industry primarily in project set-up, project management and wide range of R & D for equipment design & fabrication. During his career he has also been involved in Herrenknecht prototype microtunneling units and refurbishment of Herrenknecht boring units.

• Wayne Turner - Estimator/Construction Supervisor. Wayne has over 9 years experience with Tunnel Boring including site supervision and safety inductions. He has vast experience in project management in all aspects of TBA’s operations: auger boring, laser guided vacuum extraction micro-tunnelling, pipe jacking. His responsibilities also include contract administration, client liaison, estimating and project procurement.

• Dimce Sijakovski - Contracts Manager. Dimce is a Civil Engineer & MIEAust with over 18 years of post graduate experience in pipeline construction and trenchless technologies. His responsibilities also include: business development, estimating, QA/QC and project procurement.
